Requirements : Assist in the implementation of Acumatica ERP, emphasizing Field Service, Project Accounting, and CRM modules. Develop and implement Acumatica customizations, configurations, and workflows using .Net and C#. In this role, you will be focusing on the technical and functional aspects of Acumatica ERP, specifically Field Service, Project Accounting, and CRM modules. Act as a techno/functional consultant translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. Participate in requirements gathering, creating comprehensive documentation for easy understanding of business goals and processes. Design, test, and deploy modifications and enhancements for Acumatica ERP. Serve as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions by leveraging your Acumatica expertise. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and configuration of the Acumatica platform. Keep up-to-date with Acumatica updates and enhancements to ensure the platform is utilized to its full potential. Resolve system issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper system usage and data entry. Continually assess system performance and suggest improvements as necessary. Collaborate with team members to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements. Provide ongoing support post-implementation, addressing any system queries or issues.
