Senior SailPoint Engineer Location: Fully Remote Duration: Long-term Contract Visa: USC/GC MOI: webcam Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced SailPoint Engineer for a long-term contract opportunity. This role is fully remote and is ideal for someone who is already on your payroll. Please do not reach out unless you have a candidate with the required skills ready for deployment. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. Integrate SailPoint with various identity providers, such as Ping or NetIQ, to ensure seamless operation. Develop and enforce best practices for SailPoint deployments, including lifecycle management, access certification, and compliance reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address identity management needs. Provide expert advice on SailPoint capabilities, configurations, and customizations. Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving IAM processes and practices. Required Skills: Extensive experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ, particularly in design, implementation, and management. Proven experience with Ping or NetIQ for identity provider integration. Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including user provisioning, access certification, and role management. Ability to provide actionable insights and suggestions on best practices for IAM. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
