Need to be onsite in Indianapolis. Or can be onsite to begin with and then move to working remotely. Strongly prefer to be in Indianapolis though Contractor for Nexthink Flow Development Develop and maintain low-code automation with Nexthink Flow Design, implement, and manage integrations with Nexthink to other platforms. Strong knowledge of API design, development, and integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Utilize ServiceNow for IT service management and workflow automation. Implement chatbot solutions using Nexthink & Kore.AI. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Experience in IT service desk operations Knowledge of ITIL practices.
