Role :: Scrum Master Location :: Irvine, CA Duration :: 12 Months Scrum Master Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure the Agile team adheres to Scrum practices and principles. Remove impediments and blockers to ensure the team can deliver high-quality work. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize work. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Coach team members in Agile practices, ensuring the team is empowered and autonomous. Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams. Conduct gap analysis and create functional specifications for system enhancements or new systems. Collaborate with development teams to ensure the solutions meet business requirements. Participate in testing and validation of system changes. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business applications. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
