The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with hands-on experience in implementing and managing SAP S/4HANA projects. This role demands strong analytical skills, a comprehensive understanding of business processes, and the ability to design and implement effective SAP solutions that meet our clients' needs. 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, with at least 3+ years in a Solution Architect role. Proven experience in multiple full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, preferably within S/4HANA environments. Strong understanding of financial processes and how they integrate with other business processes within SAP. In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO). Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, including configuration, migration, and optimization. Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) within S/4HANA. Develop detailed solution architecture and ensure that the design integrates effectively with S/4HANA. Provide expert guidance on best practices, leveraging S/4HANA capabilities to enhance financial processes. Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end SAP FICO project implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that the SAP FICO solution meets the clients needs. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring successful project execution and delivery. Business Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to optimize financial operations within the SAP FICO framework. Implement S/4HANA best practices to streamline financial reporting, controlling, and management processes. Technical Expertise: Configure SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO). Ensure data integrity and consistency across all financial operations within the SAP environment.
