Packaging line experience. Installations, configuration, troubleshoot, censor integration, optimization of Machine Vision Systems in a Cognex environment. Minimum 4+ years of demonstrated experience in the design, development, implementation, and integration of machine vision solutions with industrial automation technologies equipment such as robotics, PLCs, and control systems. Strong understanding and knowledge of computer vision solutions and principles including image acquisition, optics, lighting, algorithm development, object detection, segmentation, and recognition, AI neural networks, 3D imaging, and metrology inspections Demonstrated proficiency and experience designing and implementing automated machine vision applications using imaging components cameras, lighting, optics, and material handling equipment Demonstrated experience with image processing libraries such as OpenCV, Cognex, Halcon, or Keyence Vision Libraries Demonstrated experience with vision software algorithm and solution development in programming languages such as Python, C#, C++, or Java Demonstrated experience with machine learning techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Demonstrated ability and experience to work independently as well as cohesively with a team Keywords: cplusplus csharp artificial intelligence Machine vision Engineer [email protected] |
