Title Lead SRE With Retail experience Work arrangement : Remote Duration: 6 months Job Description: The ideal candidate should have backend full stack experience (Java MS with SRE). The candidate should know what IaC or Terraform, should have strong experience in Microservices Infrastructure. The E-commerce Personalization Application Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for our personalization applications. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, data analysis, and customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of resolving technical issues efficiently to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide front-line technical support for our e-commerce personalization applications, addressing issues related to functionality, performance, and user experience. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve application-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer experience. Collaborate with development and IT teams to resolve complex technical problems. Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly monitor application performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement updates and patches to enhance application stability and performance. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support. Mandatory: Good knowledge of Java Microservices String debugging and trouble shooting skills of Java based application Good understanding of Data pipelines and data related jobs Very good communication and articulation skills SRE with very good java background.
