Be a key collaborator to Program Owner and Workstream Leads Ensure PMO processes / playbook and ways of working stablished by the project are followed during the project lifecycle Be a key driver and owner for project meetings such as: Daily Standup, Weekly, SteerCo, etc. Follow up on key action items that come out from these meetings and assist to bring them to closure Generate and communicate project updates internally and externally as required Promptly escalate issues and critical risks to program leadership.
