Job Description: Primary skills: DuckCreek Job Description: About the job We are seeking a skilled and experienced DuckCreek Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DuckCreek Policy system testing, along with expertise in Agile methodologies and P&C insurance, both in Personal Lines and Commercial Lines. The candidate should also have proficiency in various test management tools. Experience in the Agri/Farm line of business is considered a plus. Responsibilities Lead and manage the testing efforts for DuckCreek Policy system implementations and upgrades. Develop comprehensive test plans with the functional test design & execution approach Develop test cases based on business requirements and system specifications. Execute test cases and scenarios, ensuring thorough testing coverage. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure accurate testing. Utilize Agile methodologies to drive efficient testing processes and deliver high-quality software solutions. Coordinate with offshore testing teams if applicable, providing guidance and support as needed. Identify and escalate issues and risks, working closely with project managers and stakeholders to resolve them in a timely manner. Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance overall quality and efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in DuckCreek Policy system testing and P&C insurance. Requirements Must Have: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 8+ years of experience in testing DuckCreek Policy system implementations. Strong understanding of P&C insurance, including both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. Solid knowledge of test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, ADO, Rally or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen diligence. Experience working in Agile environment following Onsite Offshore mode.
