Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Remote Type: Contract Mandatory: BA candidates who has experience in Billing, Airfare domain Job Description: Engaging business teams on defining scope and timeline. 4 6 yrs experience in Airlines Domain Defining Roadmaps, functional execution path for technical teams Identifying bottlenecks and sharing insights for projects prioritizing with business team Technically studying existing systems and Defining API contracts requirements with third-party (Adonis) systems Validation of services using Postman Recreating functional test case scenarios and functional validation Creating user stories and developing acceptance criteria for technical team (API acceptance criteria) Working along with the business team on UAT and QA team on identifying and classifying issues Provided insights on Root cause analysis on SIT / PROD defects. Maintained traceability matrix on API release and functionality. Engaging business teams in creating and signing off user stories.
