Role: Business System Analyst Location: Philadelphia PA (Initial Remote) Type: Contract Mandatory : DWH , ETL Data Profiling Data Mapping Source to target Data Mapping Data transformation Aggregate the functions Temporary tables and its usage Slowly changing dimension in a data base Job Description: Works within identified scope of project, gathers business requirements by working with business stakeholders, Business Architecture, IT and Vendors (or cross-functional technical teams). Very Good understanding of SQL, writing queries, joins, functions creating report etc. Ability to facilitate business requirement, elicitation sessions with multiple stakeholders Capture and write document business requirements including system application flows and impacts. Development of new process flows and functionality integration and adding any needed clarity to requirements as well as documenting progress. Identifies potential issues and risks after conducting a gap analysis. Plans and consults with business stakeholders on data reporting and trending reports as needed. Primary contact to assist in defining business system requirements. Works with appropriate departments to assure technical information is accurate and documented. Create and apply diagrams that represent the flow, the process, and the transformation of data within various systems for current and future state. Maintains approved project artifacts and follows version control processes. Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines. Works independently; receives minimal guidance and collaborates well with team. Ability to coach colleagues with less experience and perform peer reviews for requirements. Supports systems testing traceability and provide weekend and/or after hour assistance as needed.
