The job leads projects, programs, portfolios or leads an Agile ART or several agile teams, through the systems development life cycle from planning through hyper care, working in close partnership with IT and business leaders including executive sponsors. The work also includes leading, collaboration, coaching team members and influencing others outside their direct team to ensure the success of initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree - in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience. 7+ years leading Information Security or relevant work experience to include cloud Size of project is $500K -$1M, or up to 5 small projects at a time, teams less/25 people or less Critical thinker Results-oriented Strong business acumen Influencer Facilitator Problem solver Budget and risk management Good communicator Highly collaborative Process Oriented Coach Led systems development methodology and infrastructure project delivery Executive presence A Cybersecurity Framework and Key Focus areas: Understanding of NIST based frameworks and how they are applied to secure information (Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover) Identify : Managing cybersecurity risks to systems, assets, data, and business capabilities Protect : Implementing safeguards to ensure data, information and systems are protected and secure Detect and Respond : Detection technology and response procedures are implemented and regularly tested to ensure timely response to cybersecurity incidents Recover : Develop and implement the appropriate activities to maintain plans for resilience and to restore any capabilities or services that were impaired due to a cybersecurity event Preferred Qualifications Masters Degree Project Management (PMI) or Agile Certification Specialized Skills and Technologies Experience in managing large and complex technical projects Understanding of fundamentals of IT Architecture & Systems to deliver solutions is a must Experience in integrating multiple systems (logic and data) across the enterprise is required Functional knowledge and experience in implementing large and complex solutions either related to software, data or Infrastructure projects is required Experience with Microsoft Office tools is required Experience using Planview Ability to create and follow work and data flow charts is required Need to understand Software Development Life Cycle and various delivery methodologies like Waterfall and Agile Physical Demands Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs Thanks and Regards, Inder Negi Sr. Technical Recruiter TEK Inspirations LLC Frisco, Texas E: [email protected] Keywords: information technology green card Texas Senior IT Project Manager || Hybrid- Dallas, TX [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1701688&uid= |
