The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of job scheduling, job failure notification, and tracking job completions using Automate (Skybot). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the clients nightly jobs are scheduled and completed efficiently, with minimal downtime or failures. Key Responsibilities: Analyze the clients current job scheduling setup in Automate (Skybot) and identify areas for improvement. Optimize job scheduling processes to ensure timely execution of nightly jobs. Implement and configure job failure notifications to alert relevant stakeholders immediately. Set up tracking mechanisms to monitor job completions and generate reports for review. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of the job scheduler. Collaborate with the clients IT team to align scheduling practices with business goals. Document all configurations, processes, and procedures related to job scheduling and tracking. Qualifications: Proven experience with Automate (Skybot) or similar job scheduler tools. Strong background in IT systems, job scheduling, and automation. Experience in setting up job failure notifications and job tracking systems. Ability to analyze complex processes and implement effective optimization strategies.
