Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role in a cloud-based environment, preferably AWS. Strong understanding of SRE principles, including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and incident management. Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure. Proficient in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform). Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Grafana, Datadog). Experience leading and facilitating blameless postmortems, with a focus on learning and continuous improvement. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams. Experience working with vendor applications and understanding the nuances of integrating SRE practices with third-party solutions. A proactive mindset, with a focus on problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in large-scale, complex environments with multiple applications and teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
