Project Collaboration : Work closely with clients project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and to adjust specifications as necessary. Technical Leadership and Guidance : Provide technical leadership and guidance to clients in-house development teams and other contractors. Risk Assessment : Identify and evaluate potential risks related to the solutions being implemented and suggest mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Management : Manage relationships with key business stakeholders of the client to ensure the alignment of the solutions with business expectations. Documentation : Create and maintain all relevant documentation including solution design documents, architectural diagrams, and deployment instructions. Develop technical architecture artifacts for the Development, and Production environments as required on the project. Governance : Identify requirements, analyze requirements and client processes, and develop IT Governance deliverables. Deliver Solution Blueprint for review and documentation for IT Governance process gates (Solution Execution Implementation) Compliance and Security : Ensure all solutions comply with legal, regulatory, and security requirements pertinent to the industry. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Solution Engineer or similar role, with a portfolio of successful solution deliveries. Extensive knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns. Understanding of various coding methods and computer languages. Data modeling and database design experience. Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and leading engineering teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Preferred Skills: Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are highly desirable. Prior experience in ER&I Experience with cloud environments, e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
