The right candidates will have a blend of strong business acumen with experience in IT, with a record of accomplishment of workflow documentation, data analysis, and supporting project management methodologies. Your future duties and responsibilities Business Analysis Requirements gathering of current and future state requirements Data analysis and consolidation from multiple sources Process modeling Implementation support Project management support Communication and Documentation Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project process, managing expectations and addressing concerns. Document project progress and challenges, keeping stakeholders informed of any necessary adjustments. Metrics and Reporting: Design and build reports to provide leadership with ongoing insights into the project assessments. Regularly present findings to stakeholders, recommending further improvements as needed. Required qualifications to be successful in this role Experience with Broker Relationships and Contractual Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience providing business analysis and project management within an IT environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights and ideas. Ability to communicate project information to technical and non-technical audiences. Proficient with Office 365. Understanding of business operations and processes. Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a business. Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. AD (Active Directory) Migration experience and Multifactor Authentication experience.
