Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Oracle eBusiness Suite, particularly in Accounts Payable and Payroll. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Oracle 12.1 eBusiness Suite. Strong report creation and troubleshooting skills. Experience with third-party timekeeping systems like Kronos. Experience with MS Access and Excel Comfortable with SQL / PL/SQL coding and review to uncover and resolve issues within the Oracle system. Soft Skills : Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders. Proactive problem solver with the ability to identify and address system deficiencies. Strong analytical skills to quantify costs/pains and optimize processes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a higher education environment.
