Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Technical Leadership: Lead and guide the development team in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java and React-based applications. Provide technical direction and ensure that the projects technological needs are met. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the client, stakeholders, and the development team. Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to meet project goals and deadlines. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development. Proven experience managing projects that involve Java and React technologies. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and React, with a solid understanding of front-end and back-end development. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services. Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
