Ability to assess debt and financing strategies Tracking of adherence to budget (10+ Years) SKILLS: Current Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) Candidate must have a minimum of 15 years experience managing large-scale projects involving technology procurement Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principles. Balance business/technical background with sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to technology teams. Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server) Bachelors degree Large Project Management project experience. Managing multiple large scale procurement projects simulations in an IT setting Comprehensive knowledge of vendor contracting, and vendor management methodologies related to information technology projects.
