This role involves supporting the implementation and upgrade projects of Veeva CRM and related technologies within our Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Healthcare, Medical Device) sector. As an integral member of the project team, you will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and integration of Veeva CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Configuration: Configure Veeva CRM to meet specific business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other Veeva Commercial Cloud applications and data sources. Documentation: Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements and document them accordingly. Project Estimation: Provide accurate estimates and timelines for delivering functionality based on business requirements. Status Reporting: Regularly update the Project Manager on project progress, including any issues, risks, or blockers. Expert Guidance: Offer strategic advice and guidance on Veeva CRM functionality and implementation best practices. Qualifications: Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial strategies, processes, and operations within biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments. Veeva CRM Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and administering Veeva CRM, including Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Workflows, and Apex programming. Data Model Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the Veeva CRM data model. Project Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Veeva CRM, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in configuring and administering the platform. Must have completed at least one full Veeva CRM project implementation from scratch. Implementation Skills: Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Veeva CRM solutions. Life Sciences Experience: Previous experience working with pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device organizations. Agile Environment: Ability to work effectively in an agile delivery environment, managing multiple priorities under pressure. Communication Skills: Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
