Management of large teams with members working in multiple locations. Experience structuring work into various workstreams within a large project and managing multiple IT projects concurrently. Strong applied use of PM & Scrum tools/techniques (planning, risk management, budgeting, cost control, assessment, software/SaaS acquisition/RFP, develop & management of Jira board, Scrum ceremonies, etc.). Experience with vendor contracts and vendor management. Cloud Data Platforms in support of Marketing, Customer Analytics & Personalization in an omni-channel retail environment. Digital transformation migrating legacy capabilities to the cloud. Familiarity with Data Governance processes and tools, Data Lake/Fabric, data ingestion pipelines, Enterprise BI & Data Science domains. Job Responsibilities Guides, plans, and tracks day-to-day activities of IT development teams during a transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
