SQL Proficiency: o Write and execute SQL queries to support benefits configuration and data analysis. o Utilize SQL to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues. Benefits Design: o Design and implement benefits plans within QNXT. o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective benefits designs. Front-End Configuration: o Demonstrate strong front-end configuration skills. o Ensure the front-end configuration aligns with overall benefits strategy and compliance requirements. Must have Need to know QNXT benefits configuration (NOT JUST QNXT CLAIM NEEDS TO BE SPECIFC TO QNXT BENEFITS) Need to know commercial side (Ideal is 75% commercial; 25% Medicare) Knowledge of SQL. **writing SQL Queries. Need to be able to design benefits. Need strong front-end configuration exp. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Experience in health insurance Familiarity with additional healthcare information systems.
