Developed migration plan Worked on multiple HR/Workday projects Job Title: Business Analyst - Talent Acquisition System Migration Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with deep expertise in talent acquisition processes to lead the successful migration from Jobvite to Workday ATS. The ideal candidate will collaborate with both technical and business teams to ensure a seamless transition, from requirements gathering to quality assurance and testing. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, in HR or talent acquisition related projects. Strong knowledge of ATS systems, specifically Jobvite and Workday ATS. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with quality assurance and testing methodologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines. Experience in project management or change management. Familiarity with data migration and integration processes. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
