Role: BA cum Product Owner with SQL Location: NYC NY 3 Days Hybrid from Day 1 Need Local Candidates Key Pointers: Product sense & product vision Strong BA skills Requirement elicitation Probing skills, active listening Effective communication Functional & data requirements Experience with CRM platforms Strong data analysis & profiling skills Experience with Capital Markets (If you dont find Capital Market, try for Banking, Financial domain) Requirements: The ideal candidate has a very strong product sense, product vision and able to strategize product delivery Able to actively listen to end-users, business stakeholders, grasp pain-points and then translate them into functional requirements Well-versed in being able to bridge the divide between end-users and engineering teams, i.e. being able to speak non-technical jargon with business users and communicate requirements with the right technical details to the engineering team 2 - 5 years in a large organization or major consulting organization focused on Business Analysis within Equity, Fixed Income or Investment Banking business groups Salesforce.com implementation and integration experience, including different business systems as well as working with integration tools Excellent attention to detail and thorough documentation skills Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce / Dynamics, etc.) and well-versed with core CRM concepts Hands on experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets Inquisitive and continuously focused on identifying inefficiencies and improving business processes Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment Goal-orientated, self-motivated and adapts to changing situations Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills; must be detail orientated Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint as well as other project management and time tracking tools Candidate should have good tech skills: Data discovery skills Data analysis & profiling skills Strong SQL knowledge Salesforce Certifications (Plus but not required) Thanks & Regards Gourav Graak Email: [email protected] CREA SERVICES Keywords: business analyst New York Job Opening for BA cum Product Owner with SQL Location: NYC, NY [email protected] |
