The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software solutions by conducting thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) and functional testing. Key Responsibilities: Execute functional and UAT tests to ensure software applications meet specified requirements and standards. Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional specifications and business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand requirements and provide feedback. Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to facilitate timely resolution. Conduct testing related to accounting processes and ensure that software solutions accurately reflect accounting principles and practices. Provide input on test strategies and suggest improvements for testing processes and methodologies. Participate in test plan reviews and provide feedback on test scenarios and use cases. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in functional and UAT testing, preferably in an accounting Domain. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
