We have five openings, including one Lead Developer position and four Senior Developer positions. These roles require seasoned Python developers with hands-on experience in AWS, and all positions are strictly onsite in McLean, VA. We are looking for true Python experts who have a track record of delivering robust, scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities: Python Development: Write, test, and maintain high-quality Python code for various projects, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed. AWS Integration: Develop and deploy applications in the AWS cloud environment, utilizing various AWS services to build scalable and secure solutions. Leadership (Lead Developer): Guide and mentor the development team, providing technical direction and oversight. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on-time solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and product management, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. Code Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.Required Qualifications: For All Positions: Python Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Python development in a professional setting. AWS Proficiency: Proven experience with AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS. Experience: Senior Developers: $70/hr (4-7 years of experience) Onsite Requirement: Must be available to work onsite in McLean, VA (no remote or other location options). Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges. Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with clients in a similar environment. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
