Position Title: Application Architect (C#, .NET, Cloud) /.NET Architect Experience : 11+ years Location: Harrisburg, PA Need Local to PA only Duration: Long Term project MOI: Round 1 virtual via Teams, then Round 2 in-person In summary: The application was written in Ruby on Rails and was running on AWS. PennDOT wants to port it over to .NET and run it on Azure. PennDOT will need an architect who will design and oversee the migration from the AWS environment to the .NET/Azure platform. Skills and Experience: Required 10+ years on below: Experience with object-oriented development Experience with .Net applications development. Experience with relational database development Strong oral and written communication skills Required 7+ years on below:: Experience in web service design &development (SOAP/XML and REST/JSON) for enterprise Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3,front end JavaScript technologies such as Angular, React, etc. Experience developing web services, especially secured web services and web services with attachments Experience with unit test development, testing, and implementation in SDLC Required 5+ years on below:: Experience in deploying applications to Azure cloud Experience with various authentication protocols Experience architecting, developing, & designing web applications to meet business requirements Experience in DevOps products, specifically Azure DevOps Experience mentoring and leading technical teams Qualifications Required: Applicants are required to have these qualifications: Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion Knowledge of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA) Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements Experience designing for platform technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, Android) Experience applying WAI-ARIA authoring guidelines and best practices Experience optimizing for the accessibility features of the platform (HTML, iOS, Android) Experience developing digital products that comply with accessibility standards Preferred: Applicants with the following qualifications will be preferred: Knowledge or experience with AWS Thanks and Regards Raju Akurathi | IT Ideology | SR Business Development Specialist Email ID: [email protected] www.itideology.com -- Keywords: csharp information technology Idaho Pennsylvania Application Architect (C#, .NET, Cloud)/.NET Architect [email protected] |
