Sales Operations Manager

Domain - wireless telecommunications industry

Location- Remote (EST)

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or sales operations, with a strong preference for experience in the wireless telecommunications industry or related technology sectors.

Demonstrated understanding of the wireless market, including products, services, and customer needs.

Proven ability to analyze complex sales data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with team members, external partners, and stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in CRM software and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving sales targets.

Working Conditions:

Primarily office-based, with flexibility for remote work as per company policies.

Occasional travel may be required to meet with agents, retail partners, or attend industry events and conferences.
