Hi, I hope you are doing well, A brief version of the job description is attached below, if you are interested revert to my mail with updated resume Role: Workday Talent/ Performance Management Location: Dallas TX rate : $55 to 58/hr on c2c Duration: Long Term Need PP Number No opt and cpt and h1t visas Job Responsibilities * Must have Workday configuration experience in Talent Management including Performance Management The client is looking for a strong candidate with the below expertise: * Certified in Workday Talent & Performance * Certified in Workday HCM * Field requests and gather requirements from cross functional partners for new or changed functionality pertaining to people processes that live in our digital solutions (ie. Workday Talent and Performance Management, and/or Docebo LMS) * Conduct root cause analysis and provide solution recommendation to P&C Product Managers & IT People Systems team to mitigate data quality issues through regular audits and testing initiatives. * Create and maintain systems configuration requirement documents. 8+years of experience working in HR Ops as a HR Analyst (or similar) * Deep subject matter expertise of HRIS (Workday Talent and Performance Management, and/or Docebo LMS preferred) with strong working knowledge of business processes supported within these technology-based solutions. * Moderate working knowledge of Docebo LMS (very nice to have.) * Strong requirements management skills incl. elicitation, scoping, prioritizing, risks/issues management (ideal candidate has experience working within Jira & Confluence * Ability to manage multiple concurrent steams of work with a drive to get things done within tight deadlines. * Experience identifying, analyzing and resolving issues identified through audits and testing activities. must haves * Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life. * Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. * Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same. * Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure. -- Keywords: cprogramm information technology Texas Opening for Workday consultant in TX [email protected] |
