PeopleSoft Security Administrator ( State of Texas Agencies Experienced Candidates Only ) Location: Austin Texas Position will be Remote in Texas Skills: FSCM, HCM, CAPPS, fluid/work center, O365, Visio, AWE, SharePoint, Jira and Scrum experience Note : Candidates Must Have Minimum 3+ State Project is Must ( State of Texas Agencies only - CAPPS Project ) Overall Exp : Minimum 12-15+ Years Job Details : Configuring security systems, analyzing security requirements, and recommending improvements. Monitoring network traffic for suspicious behavior. Creating network policies and authorization roles and defending against unauthorized access, modifications, and destruction. Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of a PeopleSoft HCM Security Administrator. The Security Administrator will be part of a dedicated CAPPS HCM upgrade project team. The core duties include identifying security changes due to the major system upgrade, presenting analysis and documenting, implementing, testing, and troubleshooting security changes. Additional duties include fluid navigation design and other supporting project activities as needs arise in documentation, system testing, and other tasks as an internal support team member. Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team with collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Also, the candidate must be able to estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively.
