SAP Upgrade Manager

This role is ideal for someone who is adept at managing complex SAP system upgrades, has strong project management skills, and excels in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Upgrade Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute upgrades for SAP systems (S/4HANA, IBP, PLM, TPM, SAC), ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and alignment with organizational goals.

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans for upgrades, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials for end-users as needed and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new system features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) preferred.

Proven experience in managing SAP system upgrades, with a strong understanding of S/4HANA, IBP, PLM, TPM, and SAC.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, manage resources, and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with SAP upgrade methodologies, tools, and best practices.
