Role: Data Test Lead Location : San Antonio , TX ( Onsite Role ) Contract : 12+ months Job Description:- Skills and Requirements: - Proven experience as a Data Test Lead/Senior Data Test Lead in insurance domain. - Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) concepts, policies, and processes. - In-depth understanding of data testing methodologies, data quality frameworks, and data integration strategies of the P&C domain - Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying, data validation, and data manipulation. - Advance knowledge of experience in in data test automation frameworks written in Python - Familiarity with insurance systems and technologies, such as policy administration systems, claims management systems, and rating engines. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively build a testing team in the future. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks, such as JIRA or Selenium, is a plus.
