Modernize and transform data to improve the usability of the reports and dashboards. Designing, developing, and maintaining SSRS reports based on business requirements. Building ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into a data warehouse or data mart. Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements. Creating and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and transformation. Developing and implementing data cleansing and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Designing and implementing data models and schemas to support reporting and analytics needs. Monitoring and optimizing SSRS report performance and data loading processes. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SSRS reports, ETL processes, and data quality. Documenting technical specifications, data mappings, and ETL workflows. Providing technical support and training to end-users on SSRS reports and data access tools Qualifications 10+ years of experience as an SSRS developer, ETL developer, or similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL programming and database concepts, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL development and data integration. Over 5 years of experience working with Crime data from PremierOne CAD\\RMS. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data normalization. Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. PremierOne CAD\\RMS Certification Bachelors Degree in Comp.
