Job Title: Business Analyst with Property and casualty (P&C) Location: Hartford, CT (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Role Description: The primary responsibility from this role is to elicit, analyze, document ,validate and communicate requirements for successful implementation of customer's transformation initiatives. A profound understanding of the commercial lines policy administration, claims, bureau rating, and pricing methods etc. is vital for effective communication with stakeholders. Essential Skills: 10+ years of experience in Property and casualty (P&C) insurance domain with Prior Business Analyst experience . Comprehensive understanding of Scaled Agile Framework principles and Practices . Strong understanding of data warehousing and modelling concepts . Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex SQL queries to extract and profile from data from multiple data sources . Hands on experience with Snowflake data platform. Hands on experience with data modelling tools( i.e. Erwin ). Knowledge on AWS cloud platform Proficient in Excel, with experience in creating Pivot tables and data visualization . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with written and verbal communication skills to convey technical results to the business and influence decisions. Ability to collaborate with business partners and ETL teams to derive high quality data solutions. Experience with ETL tools and Processes .
