Changes system configuration(s) to address business needs, regulatory requirements or other functional or legislative requirements Test configurations to ensure alignment with requirements Assist in the development training materials Delivers training as assigned Works collaboratively with cross-functional team to ensure business processes are effective and efficient Assist develops and/or executes change management plans for transition to new systems. Consults with technical and business staff to ensure that functionality is consistent with adherence to laws, regulations, and best practice standards Tests or coordinated testing of new functionality. Assists in the development of standards and procedures used in development of new or enhancement of existing systems. Participates in evaluation of new technologies, enhancements, or solutions to improve service and efficiency of systems. Researches and analyses system/user problems by applying a variety of analytical and research techniques. Translates business needs into functional and technical requirements. Update relevant training material related to the ERP platform. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday or other ERP financial modules. Experience in local, state or county government or other public sector entity Writes and interprets functional and business requirements as an input to application design. Develops detailed functional designs as needed.
