Perform network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and execute network strategies that support business objectives. Conduct regular network performance assessments and implement necessary upgrades. Manage network security protocols and policies to protect sensitive data and prevent breaches. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in network engineering or related roles. Proficiency in Cisco networking equipment and software. Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP). Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
