Demonstrated proficiency in relevant analytical abilities. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both oral and written formats. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with functional and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in local, state or county government or other public sector entity Writes and interprets functional and business requirements as an input to application design.
