Role: Workfront Engineer Location: Remote Job Summary: Responsible for translating the complex and varied business needs into Workfront application requirements. Assist new Workfront configuration along with enhancing the existing ones. Identify new functionality and enhancements in Workfront that can be incorporated into client instances. Understand customer processes and accordingly configure the Workfront. Collaborate with IT stakeholders for back-end side of the Workfront implementation. Lead the client interactions to ensure successful delivery of fully configured environments. More than 2 years of Workfront implementation experience Experience or understanding Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. Adept at creating request queues, custom forms, and custom reports; with a good understanding of resourcing and cost / time capture processes. Understanding of different Adobe Workfront Object types, data model, personas and workflows. Familiarity with native connectors and other Adobe Workfront products and services. Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills to interface with business stakeholders across various workstreams.
