Business Analyst with Active Directory Must have Active Directory and power Only USC GC GCEAD H4EAD Contract C2c/w2/1099 Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Analysis: o Aggregate data from various sources to perform in-depth analysis, identifying trends, and meaningful correlations that influence business decisions. o Evaluate Active Directory user and group object attributes to identify discrepancies and implement clean-up processes that align with the organization's IAM objectives. Reporting & Visualization: o Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that convey complex data in a clear and actionable manner for business stakeholders. Email Campaign Management: o Supervise the planning, execution, and analysis of email campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Problem-Solving & Collaboration: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve data-related challenges, contributing to continuous improvement in data management processes. Technical Expertise: o Utilize Power scripting to query and manage Active Directory objects and attributes efficiently. o Employ advanced Excel/Google Sheets techniques, such as lookups, to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities. Team Leadership: o Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and efficiency. Time Zone Flexibility: o Operate effectively in PST hours, coordinating with teams and stakeholders across different time zones as necessary. Qualifications : Experience: o Prior experience in a consulting role or a client-facing position is essential, reflecting a strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver value. o Demonstrated expertise in Active Directory management, data analysis, and IAM processes. o Experience managing a small team and delegating responsibilities. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Power scripting and advanced Excel/Google Sheets functionalities is critical. Communication & Documentation: o Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. o Strong documentation skills to ensure that processes, findings, and recommendations are clearly recorded and accessible. Independence & Teamwork: o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing positively to a team environment.
