Title: Oracle Benefits
Location: Remote
Length :12 months
Start: ASAP
Interview: Video

Experience:
Minimum of [X] years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on the Benefits module.
Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Skills:
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, functionality, and integration points.
Proficiency in configuring benefits-related processes, including open enrollment, life events, eligibility rules, and plan types.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) in Benefits or other relevant areas is preferred.
