They are trying to implement the risk modelling using data coming from ServiceNow, so it must be tightly coupled with it. The person should have hands-on experience with such rick profiling/modelling . Change Management If someone has experience with Risk Profiling Module of ServiceNow, it will be a near match of what theyre looking for. Its about PRR (Production readiness review) for SRE. Some of the aspects covered are rollback/backout strategy : automated v/s manual, Full v/s partial, probability of incidents in production as a result of change etc. Please look for an SRE person who has experience on ServiceNow SRE and AIOPs modules OR have equivalent experience in modelling a PRR(Production readiness Review) risk-based change management process using standard techniques and tools. (No Project managers plz) The new change: experienced AIOps experienced persons profile. We must double down on building a production readiness scoring engine and that would require a person with experience in the ServiceNow on this PRR subject area and AIOps.
