The ideal candidate is passionate about the internal partners experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. In this role, you will: Partner with internal business partners in gathering, mapping business requirements, designing, delivering solutions, and managing the upgrades. Identify opportunities to improve user experience, solve problems and provide support to end users. Take responsibility for driving the maturation of the platform. Should have the strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and deep understanding of best development standards Be able to understand and demonstrate the deep knowledge of GRC platforms Independently drive discussions with stakeholders All About You: Intermediate to Advanced Experience with IBM OpenPages using version 8.2 and above Complete knowledge, understanding and experience of IBM OpenPages GRC suite covering modules/functionalities such as audit, compliance, SOX, operational and enterprise risk. Experience with OpenPages workflows, triggers, user provisioning, Cognos report creations and scheduling. Experience with Access and Security related tasks Intermediate to advanced programming experience in HTML, XML, JSP, SQL and Javascript.
