Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD only Role 1: Data Governance Junior Consultant Location: Remote Location: Clevland, OH Duration: 20+ month engagement Required Skills: Good understanding of data governance principles. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to collaborate and drive tasks to completion. Some experience with data governance-related documentation and validation. Optional Skills: Big 4 consulting experience is a plus. Experience or knowledge of MDM/PIM implementations. Familiarity with Stibo as an application. Role 2: Data Governance Lead Location: Remote Duration: 20+ month engagement Location: Clevland, OH Required Skills: Deep understanding of data governance principles. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Strong documentation skills, including the ability to document Data Dictionaries and other essential governance items. Self-starter, self-managed. Ability to facilitate and drive consensus within a team. Testing and validation skills. Optional Skills: Big 4 consulting experience (e.g., PwC, EY, Deloitte). Experience completing a full cycle MDM (Master Data Management) or PIM implementation. Familiarity with Stibo as an application. Role 3: Testing Lead for NCR Integration Location: Remote Location: Clevland, OH Duration: 6 month initial contract, with potential to extend up to 2+ years Required Skills: Strong understanding of the Stibo data model. Experience with extracting data from Stibo. POS (Point of Sale) experience, preferably with NCR, but any QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment experience is acceptable. Strong knowledge of POS-based menu structures and related business processes. Experience with ETL, API, or other data interfaces. Ability to manage and lead technical teams (herding cats) while getting into the technical details of data and technology. API creation experience (Java, C#, VB, or other structured programming languages). Deep understanding of atomic data structures and how they transform across systems. Linux and/or Windows OS administration-level understanding. Nice to Have: Experience with "Bynder," a digital asset management tool.
