Senior RPA Developer Santa Ana, CA Locals Onsite only Any Visa Ok no H1 LINKEDIN MUST Must have 7+ years of UiPath RPA experience. Ability to lead the design and development of RPA solutions using UiPath to automate complex business processes. Prior experience with Power Automate is preferred. Ability to determine the best tool to use (between UiPath, Power Automate, or other automation tools) based on the business use case. Optimize existing RPA solutions for performance, reliability, and maintainability. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Manage the end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Ability to assess FBMs current UiPath environment and provide suggestions for areas of improvement. Ability to perform upgrades on UiPath for both BOT and Orchestrator. Use GitHub (or other version control systems like GitLab, Bitbucket) for source code management. Collaborate with other developers on the team by maintaining clean, organized repositories. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment of RPA solutions. Use tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps to automate the build, testing, and deployment process. Ensure automated solutions are delivered quickly and with minimal manual intervention.
