Job: NetSuite Project manager/BA Location : Fremont, CA (Hybrid 3days onsite) (Need Locals) Duration: Long Term Contract / Fulltime 10+ Years and passport Number is must for Submission. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions. Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules to align with business processes. Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite functionalities and best practices. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Guide and advise stakeholders on how to leverage NetSuite to meet business objectives. Completing the tasks as assigned by customer based on feasibility. NetSuite Implementation: Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions. Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules to align with business processes. Functional Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite functionalities and best practices. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Guide and advise stakeholders on how to leverage NetSuite to meet business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in information technology, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead, with a focus on successful implementations. Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of NetSuite. Proficient in Suite Script, Suite Flow, and other NetSuite customization tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: NetSuite Administrator or Suite Foundation Certification. Experience with other ERP systems and integrations. Familiarity with Suite Success methodology.
