Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects customer needs, market trends, and technological advancements. Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders, including healthcare providers and internal teams to gather requirements and feedback. Ensure alignment between product development and business objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related communications. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product status, progress, and upcoming releases. Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the development team is working on the most valuable features. Work with Business Analysts to ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are clear and concise. Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and workflows. Conduct market research and user interviews to understand patient needs and identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze competitive products and industry trends to inform product decisions. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against them. Collect and analyze user feedback and data to drive continuous improvement. Ensure products comply with healthcare regulations and standards. Work closely with QA teams to ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the healthcare, patient services industry. Strong understanding of healthcare processes and patient services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar. Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering high-quality products. Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs. Adaptable and open to feedback, with a continuous improvement mindset. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification is preferred.
