Role: AWS DevOps Engineer Location: Indianapolis, IN (Local Candidates only) Type: Contract (PP number is mandatory) Required: 10+ Years experience candidates only Job Responsibilities Design and deploy scalable, highly available, secure, and fault tolerant systems on AWS for the development and test lifecycle of our cloud security product. Focus on building Dockerized application components by integrating with AWS EKS. Modify existing Application in AWS to improve performance. Passion for solving challenging issues. Promote cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve common goals. Examine data to grasp issues, draw conclusions, and solve problems. Must Have Skills Demonstrated competency with the following AWS services: EKS, AppStream, Cognito, CloudWatch, Fargate Cluster, EC2, EBS, S3, Glacier, RDS, VPC, Route53, ELB, IAM, CloudFront, CloudFormation, SQS, SES, Lambda, APIGateway, Knowledge in Containerization Hosting Technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable Experienced with ECS and EKS Managed node clusters, and Fargate Proficient knowledge in scripting (Linux, Unix scripts, Python, Ruby, etc.) Hands-on experience in Configuration Management and Deployment tools (CloudFormation, Terraform etc.) Mastery of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, etc.) Building CI/CD pipelines & competency in GIT. Good working exposure with Jenkins and GitLab (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) Experience with DevOps Services of cloud vendors (AWS/Azure/GCP, etc.) is necessary. Must be from Development Background Exposure to application and infrastructure monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, etc.) outstanding skill to have! Excellent soft skills for IT professionals Aware with AWS IAM policies and basic guidelines Sufficient understanding of AWS network components Good to Have Experience in integrating SCM, Code Quality, Code Coverage, and Testing tools for CI/CD pipelines.
