S ammons Location: des Moines, Iowa MUST be onsite Duration: 1 year+ LinkedIn mandate Local DL Responsibilities: Provide thought leadership that helps the Enterprise live in and mature the agile culture and process Ensure agile practices are adopted, honed, and aligned with corporate goals and vision Work with existing coaches (Life, Enterprise Apps) and Scrum Masters (Annuity) to ensure the agile vision, practices, standards and measurements, are incorporated into teams Interview and summarize feedback from leaders on areas of greatest opportunity for agile maturation to better refine the plan in the short and long-term Additionally, focus on creation of SFG Agile playbook, including a coaching toolkit and best practices Agile Maturity Vision Clearly articulate a continuous development and growth plan ( From/To ) that further defines agile behaviors and outcomes.
