Experience: o 5+ years of experience in web development with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager. o Proven experience in designing and implementing AEM solutions. o Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including JCR, Sling, and OSGi. Technical Skills: o Proficient in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies. o Experience with RESTful services and APIs. o Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus. o Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). Soft Skills: o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. o Strong communication and collaboration skills. o Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Development: o Design and architect AEM components and templates. o Develop custom AEM components, services, and workflows. o Integrate AEM with other systems and third-party services. Technical Leadership: o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. o Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. o Collaborate with the architecture team to define the technical roadmap and architecture. Project Management: o Work closely with project managers to scope and estimate project tasks. o Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to timelines and budgets. Quality Assurance: o Conduct unit testing and support QA in creating comprehensive test plans. o Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs reported by QA and end-users. Continuous Improvement: o Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends. o Proactively propose and implement improvements to the development process and user experience. Preferred Qualifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM. Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
