Strong understanding of application performance monitoring and observability tools. Experience in developing Dynatrace dashboards and setting up the alerts. Experience in migrating Dynatrace Managed to SaaS. Experience in recommending baseline monitoring thresholds, recommending performance monitoring KPIs. Dynatrace API Integration with other tools, Dockers, Kubernetes, DevOps tools like Ansible, Jenkins. Familiarities with DevOps practices, Agile methodologies and version control systems. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with other application performance monitoring tools is needed. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. Knowledge of cloud native technologies like Docker, Kubernetes and similar technologies Highly collaborative and good communication skills both written and verbally. Good analytical and problem-solving skills Communication and Interpersonal skills Added advantage if airline domain knowledge is present Responsible for implementing and configuring Dynatraces Application Performance Monitoring solution across various environments. Follows established United & Program standards, able to setup dashboards, alerts and reports to monitor application performance. Troubleshoot the application performance issues . This involves working with other teams to coordinate the issue resolution. Analyze application performance data collected by Dynatrace and identify the potential issues, areas of improvements. Develop solutions to solve business problems with minimal supervision. Root cause analysis and dashboard creation. Continuously supervise system performance and proactively address potential issues.
